What Surgite does

Surgite is a GPS alarm. You choose a destination, and Surgite sets off an alarm on your phone as you get close to it.

Please don't rely on it alone

Surgite depends on things outside our control: your phone's GPS signal, location and notification permissions, battery saving settings, your volume and vibration settings, and your phone having enough charge. We work hard to make the alarm dependable, but we can't guarantee it will always go off, or go off at exactly the right moment. Use your own judgement, especially where missing a stop would matter.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us at support@surgiteapp.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Free and Premium

• The free plan includes a set number of trips each month.
• Premium is a monthly subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are set per country and shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Fair use

Don't misuse Surgite: no attempting to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, and no using it to break the law.

Our content

The Surgite name, logo, app and website belong to us. You may use the app for your own personal travel; you may not copy or resell it.

Liability

Surgite is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed stops, connections or appointments. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded. [CHECK: liability cap]

Ending your use

You can stop using Surgite and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let you know in the app.
